Billing questions

Straight answers about money

No setup fees. Onboarding, the initial audit and the first stabilization pass are included in your first month.
Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We do not charge termination fees.
Unused hours. Included edit time does not roll over, but we will always tell you before you exceed it.
Extra work. Anything beyond your plan is quoted in writing at $95/hour and only starts after you approve it.
Refunds. If we have not started work, your first month is fully refundable — see the Refund Policy.
Invoices. Itemized PDF invoices are emailed on the billing date to the contact you nominate.
